ASIC regulates financial trading in Australia and usually has some level of oversight for Crypto. Below is a link to GASO. You should also file a report with the FBI via IC3 if you haven't done so already.

I'm also scammed by Mboxes too.

IB by Mboxes informs that MBOXES TECH LIMITED is registered with FINCEN.
After that, the IB gave me a contract with no withdrawals for 3 months starting 3/6/2022 - 3/9/2022.
Until contract expiration date 3/9/2022, I withdraw my first round on 3/9/2022 $3,600 amount and 2nd round on 4/9/2022 $41.88 total amount $3,641.88 pending. So far, the withdrawal has not been received money.
I asked about the withdrawal of money and Mboxes just informed me that it was in the process of checking. And I continued to ask how long it took to check. Mboxes was silent. After that, he blocked the contact and I sent an e-mail to inform the matter. but received no reply.
Until now I have not received the money $3,641.88.
