Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Discuss Markets.com (SafeCap Investments Limited)

General discussions of a financial company
Has anyone noticed

During my 8 months with GFC Markets I have noticed manipulating the currency rate. do they run plug-in programme to control individual account, Like measurement and control calculations of the Pips, bars,Margin forced attack for individual account. It's clear they do have control over individual account. not easy for every one to find out.

This is what i have thought a couple of month ago and this is like the most reason why i experience
the same sentiment.

I have an account on market.com , It possible my account has been migrate to trade.com ( BAD company )

I am writing my story here and how I was robed and scammed by market.com as a lesson to new, un-experienced traders who want to venture in to Forex trading.

This company is absolutely liar and scam please do not believe them for any claim or ads they are making. I wanted to join Forex trading with small fund and gradually increase my knowledge and investment. Market.com contacted me and assure me to provide me with all the training with an initial investment of $100. After registering with them with initial deposit they handed me over to an account manager, namely Luke Denial for further training.

In the name of training, the account manager, from the first day, demanded to deposit more fund to my account. Somehow I put $2000 and then $5000. However the account manage was not still satisfied and keep on insisting and forcing me to attempt all my credit cards, till it went up to $12800 (Markets.com can retrieve their call recording system to verify my statement )

Later on I realize that my open positions were automatically closed in big losses for technical errors in their platform
I file a complain with support. However the support come up with false explanations that positions were closed by stop loss used, that was already checked carefully by their account manager, that no stop loss is applied, before filing the complain. On number of times their site and platform get crashed, that I can not hedge and my open positions went in to losses. When I contacted the support they said the site is undergoing maintenance, that goes almost all the day. They never inform the traders about the maintenance of their site, who got millions on stake, on their site.

On dated September 07, 2015, when market open after the weekend, my open positions, which was earlier minus -$6000 become minus-$52000. I was shocked and try to contact them, when no one answered my call I mail to support, after 10 minutes it come back to my previous -$6000, means they are manipulating the trader's account.

Ultimately my market.com wipe out my account on dated 09 September 2015. I found all my open positions closed in negative without a margin call, with my balance $600. When I see the next day my account balance become zero. Withing 45 days after joining the Market.com I became penniless, with all credit cards to pay. I tried to withdraw $3000 once but my request was turned down. I was not able to withdraw a single penny out of my total investment of 12800. I am absolutely new and don't know where I can complain. I am earnestly looking suggestions and help from the community.
Hello
First I want to thank you for writing and telling all of us how things work within trading and forex brokers. Just the fact that they CAN control the trades is enough to know we have very little chance of gaining any money in spite of all we learn and time we put in, not to mention the despair coneccted to trading. I would really like to know if you still belive in trading for profit. My Facebook Jela Florin. I hope you can send me a friendsrequest. Take care

Hi guy's obviously I'm a virgin trader, I have been reading a lot lately as I had no idea about trading other than that my grandfather does it and is successful.

So after reading quite a bit I decided to go ahead and try it for myself, after practising for a while I decided to start with real money on Markets.com

I had deposited £2000 into my Markets account, so firstly I bought stocks in a Gas company located in the US, A successful one as I have researched it. As soon as I bought them, within about 10 Hours, all the money was gone, it was like this was set up and dropped a huge percentage which was completely unrealistic, and my account just closed automatically!

I contacted customer service on there live chat and asked a very clear question that anyone with a brain could have answered correctly, and the girl just gave me a completely irrelevant answer to what I was asking?

So anyway, I decided to deposit a little bit more and started on the forex with the same broker but it seems that when I made my purchase - I am constantly at a loss, I mean for atleast two weeks I'm still at a loss :-S I have heard a ton of bad reviews about this 'Markets.com' I am just curious if anyone else on here has had this problem?

I will obviously not be touching them in the future, however what does most of the guys on here use?

Cheers
Gaz

You had bad experience witht them before and you give them more money to take from you? You need to stick on your first experience and need to ask them why your account got closed?

Now come to solution

Two steps that you must follow

1st - Invite them to join this thread via email (Send email to every possible address).

2nd - Invite him via skype or any communication address you have for him.

Check that price drop against a reliable outside source. If it's real, then you got a margin call. If it's an artificial spike, complain to the broker and get a thread opened in Scam Alerts if they can't give you a good answer.
