I made two pro same closing schedule orders.
I would lose an order of $ 5 and win a $ 10.
After expiry of the time, the platform not specified order during several minutes and was "UNRESOLVED".
The platform closed all orders as loss.
Detail of order I should have won in my time zone:
Open: 21:15
Expiration: 21: 30
Open price: Call 1.06307
Close price in marketsworld: 1.06320
Price manipulated by marketsworld: 1.06306
Sent print for support and tried to solve for 1 week, but support reports that the price is correct.
