Read many posts about them and im saddened to say that I should have been here first.

So first and foremost, donated the usual minimum sum to them.

Now in order to withdraw the cash, they are requesting tons of documentation and are unwilling to return the funds. Neither are they replying to emails.

Anyone has any idea on what to do? Thanks in advance.

Talk with your credit card customer care and ask them to lodge chargeback, share everything with them.
