looks like FPA is getting some reputations for solving Metaquotes broker issues on their forum also :

You could complain to the ombudsman of the security authority, say if your broker is registred at Cyprus you contact the CySEC ombudsman. Then there is forex peace army to host a bunch of broker reviews and offer complaint handling. You'll have to search for links.

This is very good info @Thepunisher . Now we should spam all their emails on linkedin If Metaquotes doesn't change their way to do business then this is just legally allowing them to steal innocent people's money.

If you are from the US, talk to your state attorney general office. I believe the US and other places such as Europe, Canada and Australia have a lot of power to shut them down or ban them.

They don't want to know about it on their own MQL5 forum thats for sure :

MQ continues to collect license fees and royalties from white labels and real labels even when fraud has been proven. The revenue stream appears to be more important to MQ than broker integrity and protecting investors. Also MQ does little to nothing to take fraud claims seriously even when traders have strong proof and evidence. I welcome MQ to appear in this thread and justify their inaction from the thousands of victims who have reported scammers that have licenses to use their software.

Here's a PM reply from the MQL5 forum moderator after he deleted my posts regarding scam brokers. I note he refers me to FPA for assistance ironically !

Metatrader, Windows, Android, and so on are the software.
And this mql5 forum (and this mql5 internet portal) is about the software and has nothing to do with any broker, any trading accounts and any money for trading.

If you want to make some investigation related to the brokers so you can find some internet forums (find them using google for example) which are specializing on the discussion about Metatrader brokers (and you can ask them about your case/issue for example).

Search google with "forex forum brokers discussion" and especially with "forexpeacearmy forum brokers discussion".
Find those forums and ask their advice.
By the way, I was using those forums as well ...

I checked it ofcourse. They lied and produced fraud documents to trick me that they are regulated under ASIC license. So if you read FPA as you tell me to you will see what they say about the "innocent" software company that you are obviously paid to defend

So do Meta Quotes check the licence of these brokers before they sell them a licence to use their product ?

But hackers and scammers are using Windows too ... and they have licence for Windows from Microsoft ... and what?

So, this broker is from Australia, right?
I do not think you have sent your money to someone in Belize or in Bahamas ... because you do not look like newbie here ..

You should ask why they allow for 3rd party software such as Virtual Dealer Plug-in. The purpose of Virtual Dealer Plug-in is to manipulate charts and graphs, delay signals and essentially to allow scammers to make everything look real on MT when in reality they are controlling everything. MetaQuotes is 50% of the problem but take zero blame or responsibility for stopping this.

MQ is too busy making hundreds of millions a year from white label licenses to be bothered with corporate responsibility to flag and help prosecute scammers.

Let's take a vote from the FPA community....should we invite MQ to come to this thread and try and defend their actions?
