Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem MetaQuotes (Meta Trader) Complacent in White Label Scams

I am having an issue with a company
Do you have some email contact of MQ. I tried to find a contact info but could not find anything relevant on their website. Do you have suggestion?

They are purposely difficult to contact because they don't want to hear about these issues. Below is the contract information that is readily available.
  1. Contact Email info@metaquotes.net
  2. Phone Number 7 843 570 0037

Companies such as Metaquotes should be banned. It is pretty obvious they are helping scammers to utilize their platforms to steal.

Any other big legal brokers use them? Maybe have them to stop using their platforms and make people aware that their company is dodgy and unreliable.

Their email address is not valid anymore :(
There are over 200 employees listed on Linked In. Meta Quotes does not want to be contacted because they are liable for everyone's losses. They make hundreds of millions each year from scam brokers because they charge them an initial license fee, on-going monthly license fees and monthly maintenance and support fees. They also provide virtual servers that the scam companies can host their trading accounts on plus use 3rd party software to manipulate all the charts and graphs. Below are a few of the faces from Meta Quotes enabling the scammers to steal your money!

This is very good info @Thepunisher . Now we should spam all their emails on linkedin If Metaquotes doesn't change their way to do business then this is just legally allowing them to steal innocent people's money.

If you are from the US, talk to your state attorney general office. I believe the US and other places such as Europe, Canada and Australia have a lot of power to shut them down or ban them.

I was a victim to this as well. I got two investors involved with $10,000 USD each and I also invested $10,000 USD. The woman who was scamming me made it seem like everything was working well. I looked up CBMH and found the license. I also looked up MT4 and found theirs as well. On top of that I was able to see that they are a real trading platform that many people use. What I did not find was this thread until today. I was trading on my own making a profit and I wanted to pay back both investors with a profit to them for their efforts in investing. When I went to take out the amount that I had invested and a small profit amount the customer service at CBMH would not let me. They told me that I had to pay 25% for taxes. I know this to not be true, the a brokerage does not pay the taxes. They send you a 1099 and you pay on your profits every quarter. I refused to pay and told them that I only wanted to take out my invested amount of $30,000 USD and leave the remaining $100,000 profits in the account for trading. They just sent me the same thing over and over. After I asked for the withdraw into my bitcoin address for a 5th time they ended the chat and I could not open it anymore. So instead of freaking out I played along. I did not tell the woman that was scamming me that I knew it was a scam. Instead I told her that the customer was having errors and if she knew why. She sent me a screenshot that she had the same screen and to wait. Instead I went to the online site.
Step 1: I went to internal transfer
Step 2: Transfer to wallet from trading account
Step 3: Enter amount
Step 4: Submit
Step 5: Go to withdrawal
Step 6: Select your coinbase wallet (You need to add this first it is just your receive code on coinbase)
Step 7: Enter amount
Step 8: Submit

Mine has not been approved but it is pending. I have little faith put am hoping this works.

Sorry for the unfortunate events. Let see if they are to going to give anything back. Sometimes some of the scammers will do this either out of guilt or trying to let you invest more. Let that lady knows that you have more investors but they all think is a scam because you cannot withdraw your money. Sometimes, they’ll think giving some money back to you as a way to bait you to put in more money. It’s a mental game, so good luck.
Report it to the authorities. Be safe.

I thought this was interesting to see on the MQL5 website.
