The Broker respond with the excuse of illiquid market.
I have requested multiple times to show me the logs on how they ended up on those executed prices, but they never give any fact.

Terrible experience either on the orders execution and on the way they Scam and handle the investigation on my request.

I really did not understand how they end up executing my trades on those prices.
I am recording all the ticks received and no such prices can be ever found!

Let me know if there is any way I could retrieve the losses of that terrible execution.

I also had a similar issue and have posted my reviews here but it is still not being posted here. Orders never get executed at limit price and also at Market exercution level price is different. It is either points up or down than the limit price and market execution price causing loss to traders.

 and give details (make sure to choose "prefix" as a problem).

Why your own thread?

1. If the person who started this thread has their issue resolved, it will be marked as resolved.

2. Your thread can have a link from your review. This makes your issue more visible.
