    finally a reply

After 35 emails and 50 phone calls to them I get this as a reply -

    > We are asking a little time for your withdrawal as there is some
    > discrepancy in trading positions being held by you. Don't ask us why

    counter party

I signed up using a hotmail account and pretended to be a new client and asked questions like if they take the risk in house or use a counter party - they replied saying they take all risk in house and do not use a counterparty.

    STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS

    call centre

whenever you call moneyforex you will never get a person, you only ever speak to a call centre person who emails the request onto someone else! they play a good job in pretending they are the company, but jut now, someone slipped up and let me know that they never put through calls, they just email them on!!!

    email to moneyforex

    To Whom It May Concern,

Over the past 3 weeks I have tried and tried to get a response from you. I have tried to be nice and work it out, I have also tried to be a jerk and spam you with emails - neither have resulted in an actual resonse on the situation.

What I am asking is simple. I just need a better response as to what is going on with my trades and why they are under review - if they really are. If these trades are under review, I'm happy to leave the funds affected in the account until it is resolved, but at least let me withdraw my unaffected funds.

Your lack of replies to me have been acceptable, and as a result I will be reaching out and contacting everyone I can to try and resolve this problem. I have started a website about it and have begun posting on forums everywhere to let people know of the situation - All of which will be removed if you give me decent updates. I am a reasonable person, who just needs a response. I was just scammed greatly by another broker and now I feel you are scamming me too.

Is it too much to ask to have a reply?

    regards

    David Orth

It looks like you are taking a reasonable approach. Try inserting deadlines (like 5 business days), then you can send them a message each day counting down.
