    Recently switched to MT4 .
I have read and watched as many video as i can.

    (1) Still i cannot make the small window spread pup up, ! Is it because there is none ? I can see in the market watch window, the number running but i have to calculate it myself and it is time consuming when checking many pairs

    (2) The "Market Execution" does not allow me to attach stops and take profit orders.
and if i get an "instant execution" broker DD it would not be a STP or ECN anymore.
I found a way around to attach a stop loss to pending orders, HOwever my MT4 platform with teh current broker, show taht my stop loss should be at least 30 pips away from the current price . Why so much ? By the way broker now is Hotforex.

    Thinkforex.com shows only 4 pips
    I really dont get it.

    (3) Another thing that Mt4 does not have its the related info about the ppl/pips.
If i buy one 0.1 lot (x10,000) = 1 pip / $1, it would be nice to see the pips moving and the dollars too

    Thanks for help

    Hi there,

    (1) I am attaching you a spread indicator that you can attach to your chart to read the spread any time. Copy and paste it in the \experts\indicators directory and restart your MT4. Then find it under Custom Indicators and drag it onto the chart.

    (2) HotForex is a 5 digit broker. 30 points = 3 pips

    (3) You can choose to view your trades between a)Points (1/10 of a pip), b) Term Currency and c) Deposit Currency. You can do that by right clicking under the Profit (In your terminal window under the chart) and then move your cursor on the profit and choose from the drop down menu. Whatever you choose, the current accumulative result of your open trades will be shown in Term currency.

If something wasn't clear, feel free to ask again.
