MX Trade scammed me into making a huge investment from my credit card and after telling them that I was not comfortable doing this and perhaps wanted to start with a practice account I was told that I should start using a live account. I felt very uncomfortable about this along with the money invested but was told that I needed to invest this much to get the most of out of it. After being poorly trained I lost most of this money and requested that they returned the remaining funds to my account. I have up until this day not received the money and I would like to receive my full investment back due to being mis-informed and mis-sold this service.

A credit card chargeback if your best bet. They did not provide a service, being proper training. Gather as much evidence as you can about how they poorly trained you, and purposely gave you bad trading signals. A post in this topic shows how a successful chargeback case was put together. Thank you very much for this. These people have taken advantage of me. They even encouraged me to try to put more money in to recover the lost money. I am going tp attempt to speak to the credit card company and request a chargeback. Thanks.

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.

Try the chargeback yourself with the fraud/disputes department of your bank first. If that fails, you can contact WinChargeback to see if they can assist you.
Thank you very much. I have raised a claim with my bank and they are going to investigate and get back to me. Hopefully this will work and if not I will try winchargeback. Thanks for your help.
