Hi, I was cheated by MXTRADE and they stole 40 thousand dollars. I was told I would have to pay $ 15,000 insurance to recover my account that the broker made the wrong investments! I sold my car, lost all my savings and they never came back to me, that's a crime to me and I ask for help! I'm Brazilian and I was deceived! I am going through bad times because of this dishonest company and they told me they are dangerous!

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.

Hi Leinha - I'm sorry to hear about your losses. I've also been scammed on several occasions, but I had very good experiences with Giambrone Law in London, who helped recover some of my funds from Bloombex. Also with Global FTI = glbfti.com who are helping me now against Banc de Binary. Good luck !

I recently recovered my funds back from MXTrade as well. Less than you lost. I hired a refund solution professional. The key is not to give up without putting up a fight. They make you feel helpless but you're not.

Hi Oksen,
Theoretically yes, just waiting for it to come through. Have all the documents from my lawyer who's just waiting to transfer the funds in one bulk amount - hopefully within a week or so. But I'm fully confident, especially in the services of GlobalFTI (www.glbfti.com), who did a great job investigating for me and then handing the case over to a lawyer. In the end they managed to negotiate a good deal for me. I wouldn't waste my time with WinChargeBack etc. (they never managed to get anywhere...)
