On the 25th March 2019 I started to trade with fortfs with initial deposit of $500, on the first day i made a profit around $300++. Then on the 26th March 2019, i was already up almost $2k in profit with My trade of selling Eur/Usd was about to hit my Take Profit at 1.1275 and my other Trade Nzd/Usd was floating loss as i holding with with the news impact with my Take profit set at 0.6875.

Then all of a sudden i realised my both my trade was closed automatically without my knowledge and on top of that. There was a lot of trade made into my account and it was making losses until my account was left with $8.

I contacted their support and they said i was the one who made the trade will i lose my account. Why the hell should i be doing that if i was making profit.

They provided me with log and there was 3 IP address that made trade into my account. 2 of which was from my country and surprisingly the other IP was from France.

The question they asked my was who made the password change which obviously it was me as i was in panic mode. Even when i changed my pssword, my account was still being traded.

I want Fortfs to be more responsible and return back my deposit and all the profit ive made and which i should have made from my trade in Eur/Usd and Nzd/Usd

From there you can see how fast my trade was executed. My trade will always have Take profit.

Even the log text from fortfs shows i traded using my iphone and the other IP adress was using web

1) A broker is not supposed to trade a client's account. There is an immediate conflict of interest there.

This might be more difficult to prove. Please have a look at this post to gather evidence correctly: https://www.forexpeacearmy.com/community/threads/ic-markets.59108/page-6#post-334518

2) Submit the full account history if you can. Please also submit the full journal logs. Was the trading platform for Windows desktop/laptop/vps server, or a mobile phone app (android, apple iOS)?

3) Consider writing a review of your experience here: https://www.forexpeacearmy.com/forex-reviews/8430/www.fortfs.com

I believe brokers use a script like this to steal trader funds. The same thing happened to me with Gainsy. You will see the trades were opened and closed immediately. The funds in that account are not lost....they are located in the counter-party account......and the counter party was the broker. As a result it has been a simple transfer of funds from your account to theirs. Brokers like this are the scum of the earth.

You should insist that, in order to clear their name, that they prove to you they were not counter-party to the trades. If they were in fact counter party to your trades, they should void them, as they would have done were they profitable trades made in such rapid succession.

I doubt you will get them to do any of the above as they have probably done this before and know all the angles, and it is very hard to prove what they did to you.
