My problem with BinaryBook

Hi, I am with Binary Book as well. I started Trading with Anna and everything went well. I started with $500 and I gain over $2000. She told me if I can increase my trade with a $5000 portfolio. I told her I was unable to do at the time and she said it was okay I can build with what I have to gain the $5000 mark. Unfortunately , she is no longer with the Binary Book. The firm have sent me a gentleman name Owen who insist I raise the $5000 in order to continue trading. I have emailed support asking them to send me a deposit and withdrawal forms. They told me to continue trading. I replied back asking for a mentor since I am a newbie. I have not gotten any response. I wonder if I made a mistake with trading with Binary Book.

Also, can anyone here recommend a good binary brokerage firm that does excellent trading? A firm that have good mentors, where the deposit and withdrawal is hassle free? Especially, withdrawal!!! Thanks

Hi Traderdude- You are very fortunate to have found FPA: I am not certain how you started with BinaryBook -probably like most of us -$250 deposit-
By the way Anna was probably not her real name!-
If you are lucky, you have not been given a bonus- was Anna trading for you?
Looking at the figures I would guess that she's been doing the trading and also given you a bonus or two!
Go to your trading platform and get into the part where you can see your banking deposit, it should also have your withdrawal request--Printscreen it!
Then go to the bottom of the page where you can see all her trades-Printscreen them!
Make a folder on your desktop and save all your screenshots in it- You might need them later!

As a newbie -you have to get familiar with the platform and even more familiar with the way these so called brokers(smooth talking saleperson's) operate.
PLZ get back to me with the facts-
have you received bonus?
how many trades-win and losses did she do?
In the meantime ignore their calls-hey-they'll even tell you to get a new credit card so you can invest more!!!!

Spend time on various threads in this forum and I'm sure you'll find some recommended brokers-
although I fear that the binary brokers are mostly USED CAR SALESPERSONS-

Don't get caught up in the rush-when you see the figures looking good, all logical thinking goes out the door-it's human nature-
But believe me, they don't cry for you when you lose it all!!!!

Try to withdraw your money now. If it's not all sent to you within 1 week, do the following:

If you deposited by bank card, contact your issuing bank immediately. Explain that Binary Book is fraudulently denying the promised service of withdrawals. Ask about a chargeback.

No. If anyone did make a recommendation in Scam Alerts, that person would quickly meet Spam Cat. You don't want to meet Spam Cat.

Also, you don't understand how binary options work. They have no liquidity providers. If you lose, they keep your money. If you win (and are allowed to withdraw) that money comes out of their pockets, just like a casino.

What you are asking for is a casino to provide someone who will not just teach you the rules of the games, but who will assist you in winning a lot of money. How long would ant casino employee like that last before being blacklisted in the industry?

99.9+% of binary brokers are highly unlikely to let you have even your initial deposit back. Scam alerts has thousands of stories about a binary "account manager" who made a ton of profit for a client, only to lose ALL the money the day the client tried to withdraw a significant amount.

Keep your money as far away from Binary Options as possible.
