Much of what Option Rally does is designed to cause confusion and frustration. They hope you'll get sick of dealing with them and give up.

I am osamA ,i can not log in to my account since the software upgrade i dont knwo why,any way today they deduct 250$ (chargeback)after i argued wirh the account manager and i told him you are not authoriesd to manage my account or enter into any deals or contracts on my behalf and i has decided to stop my activity with your company due to lack of commitment and has send the same by e-mail, actually i feei iam dealing with well trained mafia staff

Perhaps that's because the staff has been trained to operate as a criminal organization?
