Hello! How can I open a claim agains MyFxseed? I´ve bougth their Master Trader plan where I´ve paid 950$ to have some trader maneging my account (making the challenge and trading my account with profit share). During the challenge (after 15 days) they sent an email saying that the master traders cannot trade anymore and I coull do the challenge by myself. I asked for a refund because the service that I´ve bought was not completed but they just denny that. The support team is very slow and rude repplying. The normal challenge cost aroung 500$ and and charged me 950$ for a master trader that at the end become a regular challenge, even if I dind´t wanted that! The fair and honest thing to do is just refund all the people in this situation because if we bougth the master trader challenge it mean that we don´t want to make a challenge by ourselves.
