Nano4x Reject to execute my withdrawal Request

Dear Pharaoh.
You are not right.
Process was not like this.
I can describe you full process with this client
1. He opened account
2. Uploaded only one scan - back side of his ID (without name and photo)
3. He connected Live Support via chat
4. Asked to approve his account with current docs
5. Was informed that more docs necessary (in english or translated)
6. Said that he will upload it before WD

That is how his account was approved so fast. We have live chat records....

After....
He didn't upload docs till WD request. Support asked him to do it, before proceed with WD.
After some time he uploaded docs in arabic (but in rules listed that only in english or with notary translation).
Support told him that we need docs only in english or with notary translation (read rules), he said that he will not do it by himself. Support said that it will take up to 7 working days to translate it. It's unusual case, we had no such probs till that day. But....

At the end of conversation client told that he was ready to wait... We have live chat records....
Next day he started trading and open case on FPA.

Same day his WD req. was rejected, coz his balance was not enough to WD.

No,I try so much to upload all my documents but your system doesn't accept whole others due to max. size is 300 kb
3. He connected Live Support via chat
4. Asked to approve his account with current docs

No, the phrases no. 3,4,5 and 6 is not true at all
Because,the 1st time for me to log in chat is the day you reject my withdrawal request which's 22 June 2012

So,I was sure that you are just a scam
and it was clear that you will not give me anything
as you have the same procedure with every profitable trader account

instead of,you disabled my account as shown in the next screen shot:

Here is another lie cause till i request the withdrawal at 20 June 2012 the balance was 250 $
They reject the withdrawal and document at 22 June 2012 and the balance was also 250 $ as indicated :

you can write in your agreement what you desire
you may agree that no withdrawals from your firm
but it is all in all your own business
what i know from dealing with more than 28 brokers all around the world is the trusted broker have a same day withdrawal execution not a same day reject withdrawals ,reject documents ,reject profits and reject everything
Now I need an clear and direct answers for the following questions I asked before but get nothing from your side:
1-why you reject my document in just a few hours?
2-Did you reject my document upon revision or not?
if yes
So,what is the reasons for reject my documents?
As any trader know the following:
-My arabic documents is not a reason to reject it
-Arabic document doesn't take 7 days to translate
-Any broker approve the trader document with any language upon account opening not upon withdrawal order
3-As you approved my document instantly upon the account opening which's the same language as indicated in the following screen shot:

So,Did you really did you approved it upon revision ?
if Yes
Please do the same now and approve the other documents
if not
It is clear to ant trader what is this mean
4-As you have 100% stop out so why wasn't my positions liquidated at price 1.2570 before market close as indicated in the following screen shot:

5-why did you stop out my positions together instant upon market opening in the same time with different prices as indicated in the following screen shot:

6-You told that many account open from my Same IP address, called me as a cheater,fraud with bonus and open other account with broker offer a bonus:
So,what is you evidence and proof to this above lies?
Otherwise, I can assure from your such behaviors that you aren't a broker at all you are just a scam
The payments on your site is only one way direction which's only deposit
I don't let you to flout and insult my person without any logical reason

Till now no answers for my questions from nano4x representative
instead of clear and direct answers,he motivate a lies every time
in fact,these guys as i see will not approve my documents,withdrawal and profits
So now,what will we do for the next step?

I would very much like to hear Nano4x's reasons for rejecting all the documents. A client should be entitled to know why documents are rejected.

300 KB limit on what should be fairly high res images of docs? That's unusual, to say the least.
 
Docs wasn't rejected. We have max 300 Kb limit. His docs was more than 300Kb. If more - managers asking client to send to support@nano4x.com directly. Client need to check docs status.
 
OK, sounds like it's time to resend all the documents via email and wait 7 days to see what happens.

They reject it immediately in the same day with no explanation
also I sent my documents again today
