I am in a similar position with this company and your story and experiences sound very familiar.
I have started a transaction dispute also called chargeback through my bank in an attempt to get my money back and contacted netpay via a link on my thread (if you wish to use it). Although I have no resolution yet I am hopeful that the more pressure I pile on them from as many directions as I can then they will return my money because I have read other people threads where this has happened, so don't despair or give in.
Gather as much evidence as you can: emails, dates, screen shots of your account etc
My next step is a police complaint.
