We thank you for your attention to our software.
On behalf of the company, we would like to comment on this incident and provide evidence of our innocence.
In relation to this person, an official message will be sent to the embassy of his state with a request to take action.
This person bought the software in 2018.
In 2019, the company was re-branded (we refused supporting the old software)
All clients got an official email that we are no longer supporting the old software. It was also offered to buy a new software with a 50% discount.
The old program which this person owns is still working and is available free of charge.
But we no longer provide maintenance and fast data streams.
As you can see in the screenshots below, the person did not write to our mail.
Our contacts are listed on the website, all our e-mail boxes are checked daily.
