New trader here. The Dunning-Kruger affect is REAL!

I have always know that it was real and that is why I decided to make sure that I would never get caught up with it. If you are firm in your trading and you make only the best choices after careful thinking then you will not have to worry about it because it will not affect you.

This is such a great post! You have all my respect @RSHobo for not giving up but instead sticking to your goals and putting in the effort to learn. Recognising and admitting that you fell into a biased way of thinking and accepting responsibility, not just looking for scapegoats is something that many new traders could benefit from.
