Problem New Way of SCAM by EXNESS (Manuplacating Spreads)

Dear FPA community,

Below all of you can find the bar charts of our spreads, ticks and the exact time of withdrawal of funds to credit card of Devang Surti.

But first I would like to ask Devang Surti again to post logs and statements of his account here to prove his words.

As for withdrawals, then they were processed March 06, 2012 23:37:27 and 23:39:33 (Moscow time). The arrival of funds depends on the card issuer. However, if Devang Surti chose e-payment systems he would have got the funds instantly as we offer automatic withdrawals to Webmoney, Liberty Reserve, AlertPay, MoneyBookers, RBK Money, Perfect Money.

Below I will post ticks and bold BID-ASK when orders of Devang Surti were executed.

Spreads that can be calculated by this prices are 1.1/1.1, 1.4/1.2 and 1.1/0.9 points, opening/closing, for each order respectively.


Thus, execution in this case was performed without errors and at actual market prices.

As for our spreads, I would like to point out that we strive to keep our spreads as tight as possible and always control our spread values.

As i expect you have given again half truth answer.Let me ask you one more time the same question as i ask to Pavel Kulakov serveral times. Why you are not accepting in public that on 06/03/2012 you have spread differance of 6pips? you even not write a single word on this point.why so?I want first of all to answer this question if you are so sure that your spread and execution is perfect than why you have requotes of more than hundred times on 06/03/2012?View attachment log files.docx

I know i have asked too many and to complicated question which you are not able to answer from last more than week.I understand that when someone has no dare to accept their error in public ,they always make some stupid execuses.But note that this is FPA Communinity who know your intention very smartly.

Regarding your withdrawal suggestion .Let me remind you your own word "We will allow only the same method for withdrawal as deposit till all deposit amount send to method which use for deposit" I deposit $100 and $200 through credit card .EXNESS has make me to withdraw this amount to credit card only.So its not my choice of withdrawal method.

Its my suggestion to you that don't post unacceptable and impractical reply here as I have all evidance to prove my stand here.

Being human I do have emotions which vary from situation to situation.It's wll said "If you can't express your emotion than thier is no point of being human"

Anyway my emotions are backed up with my evidance.I think you have not seen my posted CHAT TRANSCRIPTof exness where they commit that my fund will reach to my account before 15/03/2012 .As well as my allegation towards thier execution policy,I posted their mail saying that there is 6pips differance but they don't accept in this on FPA COmmuninty.For both this incidecnt i already posted Chat/email of EXNESS to prove my words and I think you have not read my previous post.Please read it you will find that EXNESS is big scammer which is still not exposed in public.

Please note that I already close my account with EXNESS as I don't have any trust in them so I am not able to post my account statement here as account is disabled.I also think you don't found anything statement as i already post my log files.

I am expreienced trader not investor. There is mountain differance between trader and investor and as far I understand .here most of the viewers are traders.My behaviour towards EXNESS is the same as towards WANTED CRIMINAL.we scare of them till we don't have support.I have support of you GUYS so there is no more fear will fight in this forum till i got satisfied answer or expose them.

I would like to give you updates on my case.

Till time i don't received my money from EXNESS .I made withdrawal on 06/03/2012 so almost 14 days is gone.

About execution problem, I don't received any revert from EXNESS after they post their revert on FPA.I already registred my complain to FDR but they told me to wait atleast 3months after the event happent and if you don't satisfied with the answer of EXNESS then i can contact FDR again.FDR assure me to give best support to me.

I already writeoff my fund but atleast i want to make EXNESS to revert on this forum.

I request FPA to send invitation to EXNESS to join this forum and give their explanation on my case.

I am not agree with EXNESS spreads posted on this forum. They are totally manuplacted by them.

To try EXNESS again ,I open a new account with them on 14/03/2012 with small money.I again face their spread probelm at stop out time.To protect my fund I hedge those positions but even after hedging they stop out me my suddelny increase in spreads to 4pips.I make a complain to them and got this revert

Spread value at the moment of stop out was 4 points, slightly elevated due to significant market move.
Such small short spread widening is pretty common.
Equity was too low to survive even 4 points spread

But just today i.e after a week I got differant revert from them saying that stop out was wrong and they reopen my orders.Now can you imagine the situation where i got the orders of before a week?

Its useless to open those position after a week.They should reimburse my loss that what i think is the right solution otherwise to reopen those orders is not practical solution.Please find the revert below

After further investigation of this situation our specialists found out that margin level was wrongly calculated at the moment of the stop out.
Summary margin for full hedged positions should be zero, but in case of these orders margin was positive and caused stop out.
We've reopened the orders, please take care of them.

Thats all sounds so ridiculous. I dont think they wood change thier spread just because of you to stop you out. Actually you got stoped out because of your money managment policy , not because of spared changing.
Anyway it is not scaming.

The orders Devang Surti was talking about in his first claim (the first account) cannot be reopened because all the parameters were taken into account and the spread at the opening and the closing of positions complied with the market conditions and was equal to (I have already posted its values in the previous post) 1.1/1.1, 1.4/1.2 and 1.1/0.9 pips. In our company all clients of one group of accounts get exactly the same quotes, so we cannot widen spread to specific clients. Any trader can clearly see this - just open two different accounts in our company and then monitor spreads.

Besides, the orders of Devang Surti that had been reopened on the second trading account were closed in profit by him.

In addition, the client, unfortunately, made a mistake in quoting the answer of Pavel Kulakov who analyzed the situation of Devang Surti. In fact, our Trading Desk representative said that the spread was 2.4 points, not 4.

Hi Alexander,

Answer only one question.

Is it a good practice to reopen the orders which were wrongly stop out before a week? To understand your own system you need one week? Strange but it is true.

Please note that I have not made any profits in those reopen position

PS: Still i have not received my withdrawal of 06/03/2012 .Today is 23/03/2012.If you really send this money then might me you received it back.I confirmed with my bank and they declined such transaction.
