Today I am going to trade Philly Fed Manufacturing Index. Expected value for today at 9:00 am is -4. I was thinking about setting my trgiggers on 6 for buying and -6 for selling. Will anyone trade this news?

do you have sufficient experience when it comes to news trading?
most new traders should definitely avoid news time, specially if they risk a lot or utilize a minute stop loss.
