Problem No withdrawal: Exness issue

Hello, i've had lots of problem in withdrawing my money fromn exness.
Number account 320676. Each time I ask to withdraw they ask me to make a new deposit adding severamente reasons,first time the real name authentication,then taxes payment,then to upgrade my account to an higher level. Is this broker reliable?

Hello, about this post,I contacted the customer service of metatrader asking who was me asking about making deposits and denying withdrawals. They answered me that is metatrader that ask me to deposit,not exness! So the problem in withdrawing is on metatrader! Is that app and platform reliable? @metatrader5

Can you provide screenshots or screen video showing some of these requests from Exness staff:

-> to make a new deposit
-> taxes payment
-> upgrade account
-> MetaQuotes demanded money from you, not Exness
