i opened my account with your company at 3/2015
since this time i have many account mangers. all of them are a liers .deicieving me
- For one year i only deposite money untill i reached diamond account . i deposited more than 90 k
- from the start they talled me your account is under insureance and my money is secured and all trads are under insurance cover so if i loss trads which
will be opened by the account manager call . they did not informed me that the insurance is a bonus ( trap ) for me
. i have started with alex trazer which made me lost 17 k but with no refund
untill i made a complaint ..so nico yannis handled my account .money refunded.
mr nico was inforcing me to deposite money and he promised me you will start withdrawal of money next week ..but this did not happend i get a loan from my bank and depoisted money hoping to start withdraw as he promised me .untill my account reach 46 k . then nico handled my account to jim foster which also try to inforce me to depsoite more money to becom a vip account (50 k) and he promised me that i will get all feartures of vip account which include ( i have insurenced trads for three months . i can withdraw my money at any time ) .i get 2nd loan from my bank and my account become vip account and he promised me by the start of february 2016 i will start withdrawl . we started trading . then he talled me i have a very intersting offer for you . y have to get it . to be a diamond account . just deposit 20 k and you will be a diamond account which is the top top of our company accounts and i will get these features ( y will not despoite any money more . just you withdraw at any time , your will have every day tards and secured and we will make trads onbehalf of you , your money is secured , you will get profite 20 k every week ) and he inforeced me very day by calling me many times to get the money . so i get the 3rd loan from my bank which is the last and maxium and i can not get any more money and he talled me next week you can return the money to the bank .i did it as he said . so my account becom daimond account . we start trading with larg amount of money as he recommend every day . but we have lost most of it . i called jim where is the insurance . he tried to escape from me . not answer . i sent to hime many measseages on skype .. mr jim i have lost the money . where is the insurance , why not refunded . he not answered . i tried to contact the customer support team . called may people in the company . lastly . mr sean davis contacted me . i talled hime the story . he was surprised for what happend to me fisrt alex trazer then jim foster . and talled me that the mistakes happend because jim foster did not made insurance for my account and did not made my account as a cash account. and he made a big lossing trads as he was playing game with my money . he was trading with 55 k in on day all lost. then 21.9 k lost then 13 k lost then 20 k lost

i will solve this problem soon . and you will get your money and he will contact his manager mr jim . i believed mr sean . he was so helpfull . but he talled me there is a solution to get your money . y have to make your account as a cash account so i can withdarw money at any times like my bank account so he talled me depsote 25 k . i deposited more 25 k to becom a cash account and he talled me after 2 days you account will be a cash account and you will withdarw all of your money if you want . i believd hime and waited and then i waited many days and he talled me his manager mr jim refused . he tried many times . and lastly mr sean called me and talled me we have only one solution which is to open a new account for me which will be a cash account . i thought that this is the end . i was surprised for what happend after that he talled me i have to depsited in the new account 50 k to become a vip account so they can transfer all the money in my fisrt account which is 108 k and i can withdraw money . i talled him no i do not have any money i get 3 loans and i have to replace these loans this month or i will go to the court .he contacted his manger jim and tried with him , he replied that mr jim say they will transfer 25 k and i have to deposite 25 k so my account becom 50 k vip account so they can transfere all the money to the new account . i tried and mrs sean tried with his manger mr jim , i get 12k in my account from my friend and deopsited it to the new account and mr sean tried with his manger but he refused .lastly i asked mr sean to let me talk with his manger mr jim . mr jim called me and i talled hime the story and talled him this mistakes happened by your company and your employers espcailly jim foster and i have abig problem if i did not get my money to replace my bank loans .i talled hime my bank will raise a case against me and i will prisoned . my family , my job , my life all will be destroyed . but he was joking . did not care for my feelings , my words ,my bigs to hime to slove the problem . he talled me what is the problem if you go to the court . what is the problem if i get prisoned . and he talled me sell anything you have .your care for example . to get the money . and lastly after talking with hime he talled me i can reduce the money you have to deposite to 10 k . i talled hime i did not have anymore money .lastly he talled me he will contact his big manager to try and he closed the line. for more than one week no body relpied . i tried to contact any body lastly jom foster this man the cause of my problem . i talled him why you did it with me . he tall me that i am a stupid man because i believe hime and his company . he cursing me .and talled me we are a scammers , thieves . and i will not get my money .i talled hime i will go to the court . i will make a complaint against you and your company and raise a case in the court and in all authorities . and all peolpe will know that and all your company customers will know that you are a scammer .
will be very abd feed back for you and your company ..he was laughing and do not care . and talled me good luck in the court .
i want just my money and my profite for more than one year

i just want my money to be transfered to my new cash account to withdraw some of my money to replace my bank loans to save myslef from the action of my bank
-your manager can solve this problem by one word and the prof is that first they talled me you have to depsoite 50 k to the new account . then talled me make it 25 k then make it 10 k so they are playing with me . i get health , family , socail , psychological problems from this
if this problem not solved i will not let my life to be destroyed . i have an evidnece for all what happend to me i have screen pictures from my account ,skype chat to use it in the case and compalints if your company not solved it
