Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem no1options is scammer ,any body can help

I am having an issue with a company
Those PDFs are both traps. The first is a power of attorney allowing them to trade for you. Since there is no such thing as a binary liquidity provider, this is the same as going to a casino, sitting down at a roulette table, and authorizing a casino employee to try to make money betting your funds.

The second demands $10k in order to process your withdrawal. If you send it, that's 10k more you'll never see again.

they still frauding

Dear Sir,

I got informed by Mr Iglicki that you're interested in our services to assist you on retrieving your lost funds from a scam brokerage. Your case was assigned to me and I will be processing it in case it will be accepted by our office. I would like to have your phone number so that we can have a conversation sometime for discussing more details about the case, as well as to tell you more about us "Phoenix Advisors" and our services.

For now kindly find the Questionnaire document in the attachment, that will help you to make a short brief explanation about your experience with the broker. Please fill it precisely and send it back to me, to help me have a general view about the case.

From your side there are no obligations at this point. It is your free decision whether and what you want to share with us concerning your case, being aware of the fact that the more complete and accurate the data is, the more relevant and successful our approach will be.

As Phoenix Advisors we are obliged to keep all information you provide confidential based on the Data Protection Act 1998. The purpose of you providing us the information within the Questionnaire is for us to be able to assess your case's complexity and prospects in order to establish solutions for resolving the case and the financial aspects of our cooperation, both needed to draft an appropriate agreement.

Yours sincerely,
Malik Zayed

Hello

i talked to Sean and from what i understand he sent you the presentation and you talked about 150k.

We are 50k short for the insurance activation.

Sean said you got the diamond account for 1 month for 100k not 150k as needed.

The insurance relies on this so please complete the 50k transaction ASAP so we can start get this account up and running.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Best regards,
