Hi has anyone encountered the same issue. The moment I tried to terminate account and withdraw, SFX started playing up and saying there's an issue and I have been stuck for over a year. Please enlighten me on how to get back my money. Or what appropriate actions I can take.

I don't know how big the scam was, but it seems like it was quite big.
Do you know anyone who has been affected?
