Hi All,

I have attached a small part of the correspondence from Citrades where as you can see on the last mail it was promised to be resolved by the end of the week which would have been 22nd April. Still no contact from them after leaving untold and endless phone calls & messages and mails, Looking at my account it does seem that profit has been made but as you all know profit is only made when it's in your account and not theirs !!! I cannot access my account to make a withdrawal and I am still in the same situation nearly 12 months on with minus £2000 of my original deposit and still no profit for me. I told them that I was willing to carry on trading but having no response whatsoever has now made me take matters into my own hands, I have advised Citrades to please join this thread or make some sort of response I will keep you updated.

Hi George. Have you been able to resolve the issue with CiTrades? I too have an e-mail from them, promising that the issue will be resolved. I still get the feeling that I'm being lied to.

Hi there no reply as yet even though their "chat" states they will ask someone to contact me !! I will keep on fighting for my money by whichever means I can and every website I can find

Very shocking and disgusting that they scam innocent hardworking people, Let me know how you get on with that as it may well have to be my next option, Good luck

Its been 12 months now since I deposited 3000gpb.My account steadily grew up to 18000usd,if you take it as gospel?.my acc shows expiration on the 07-17-2016.i requested a withdrawal or an explanation as to when I can start seeing some profits.Both Richard desante and mr diamant if that's their name said my account was healthy and they would let me know about liquidation.
As from yesterday where my trades were between 50 and 200 usd ,they have now gone to 500 usd per trade doing about 2/3000 usd per day.??.
you guessed it my account is diminishing at a fast pace,even when I have emailed them to stop.
I will let you know the outcome again soon,but I think we know what that is already.

Hi, how did you manage to speak to Desante and Diamant? They won't take my calls or call back and they don't answer e-mails. Last I heard Diamant was not working for them anymore?

Interesting he mailed this Tuesday after I managed to get a pasword to my acc and when I questioned why there was 18000 USD and £3000 in citrades he said I shouldn't have had access to citrades only auto trading I think he panicked and then said he would get an acc managet from auto trading to contact me re liquidising the account. No contact as yet surprisingly
