Please try to select the correct prefix when making a new thread in this folder.
Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.
Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"
Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"
Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.More info coming soon.

I am having an issue with a company

Ok i will see.
Today i received a phone call from +442031500629 . And they are saying that they are from American Federal Bank, and they are the observer on the forex market all over the world. And they ask me if i lost any money illegally. I answered yes i have from NRGBinary.com
Then she told yes we have all the information and we will get your money back but we will deduct from your amount a 15% as fees. Are you agree ?
I agreed on that.. then she start asking me what is your civil id number and the credit card number that you pay your money from. After giving her all these information . she called me back and ask me if I gave her a fake number cause they can't reach my card.. I told her no it was right, but there is no money in my card.. it is zero balance.. then she said ok .. i will check and back to you again.
I get some doubt about this. I checked my credit card statement, and i found this ...

And until now she didn't get back to me.
So if any body received such this call,,, Do Not Give them your details
