FPA Scam Finding
and the related sites
TitanTrade.com and NordexTrading.com

We the members of the Scam Investigations Committee of the Forex Peace Army have deliberated on all the evidence available to us and have reached a conclusion. It is our opinion that...

NRG Binary had been resolving some complaints brought by traders. Later, replies from became less and less frequent while complaints continued to come in.

There are now a total of 3 FPA Traders Court guilty verdicts against this company.

Case 1. FPA member Helipilot139 reported being invited to join NRG Binary and have someone there manage his accounts for him. He started with a $2000 deposit. The trading was profitable until he tried to make a withdrawal. Then the account suddenly was in a losing position and he needed to cancel the withdrawal and deposit more money to save it. Once another deposit was made, the account began to make money again. The cycle repeated until he'd deposited over $190,000 and had over $2.8 million in the account. Then he tried to withdraw $1,650,000. The withdrawal was never processed.

NRG's representative, Lance Graham, joined the thread in Scam Alerts. His efforts only slowed things down. No no money was ever delivered.

Case 2. FPA member A7MED0 reported being unable to withdraw either his deposit or profit because he received a bonus. Lance Graham from NRG joined his complaint thread and stated that the issue was being taken care of. The FPA even granted a 1 week extension before starting the Traders Court vote. The issue wasn't fixed. The money never arrived and no further explanation was received.

A7MED0 also found evidence linking TitanTrade.com and NordexTrading.com to NRGBinary.com

In his case thread, A7MED0 reported getting a call from American Federal Bank at a UK phone number offering to assist him in recovering funds from being scammed. His credit card's issuing bank then blocked a suspicious attempt to charge him.

Case 3. FPA member hSamra reported making regular deposits and having an NRG Account Manager who seemed to be trading profitably, averaging 3 or 4 trades per week. Then, at about the time he and the manager had agreed to let him start withdrawing some of the profits, 15 excessively large trades were entered in only about 15 minutes, leaving the account negative. This time Lance Graham didn't bother to show up in the discussion thread.

Email invitations were sent to for all 3 cases. All 3 cases ended in guilty verdicts.

Under these circumstances, the FPA has no choice but to declare NRGBinary.com to be a scam. This ruling also applies to any other related websites and companies. We offer NRG Binary the opportunity to have this Scam Finding lifted by meeting these requirements...

1. Process all overdue withdrawals. Add a 0.5% compound interest payment for each full month compensation for any withdrawal that been delayed more than 2 months since the initial request was made by the client.
