Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Alfatrade ( along with nrgbinary and probably all the others) has been calling me.

I have been getting calls from random companies throughout the last few years.

they claim that I have signed up and every single time I say to them:

"how did you get my information, I have not signed up with anyone and don't approve of my details being handed out or used without my permission"

Alfatrade refused to respond when I went nato on them, I will publicly post all brokers who contact me without me signing up anywhere as they are most likely owned by ytfx,

that **** owes me 400usd from a client i referred way back

The funniest review,I have ever read about NRG binary from scambroker.
(( We asked NRGBinary if you they are going to get a license from CySEC. They told us that not only have they applied to CySEC, they are hoping to get licensed by the FCA in England!)) :p

I asked FCA about this and I got this response :

(((Binary options

We don't regulate firms that offer binary bets. These involve you betting on the likelihood of, for example, an index reaching a certain level during a specified period. You pay an initial premium when entering into the binary bet and receive a return if, for example, the relevant index reaches the certain level during the specified period. If the relevant index does not reach the certain level during the specified period, then you don't get any return and lose the initial money paid.

The profit or loss relating to a binary bet is fixed when it is taken out rather than, for example, varying with movements in the chosen index (as is the case with a spread bet, being a contract for differences).

Firms based in the UK that offer binary options are regulated by the Gambling Commission, who you can contact at:

Email: info@gamblingcommission.gov.uk

Telephone: 0121 230 6666
You may also wish to contact the Seychelles regulator about NRGBinary, as the firm is based there. )))

I cheched seychelles regulator's website and I found this:
