Oanda Cheating me

So i had a opened trade long on gbpjpy, with a stop loss on 153.288, the currency went down to as little as 153.400 as seen on the M30 graphic, and went back up but my 153.288 stop loss has been hit and trade closed in loss.

The difference between 153.288 and 153.400 the one it hit is enormous so this can`t be a bigger spread problem, this is intentionally closing a position to steal money and cheat traders, also at that moment the spread oanda had was 2.9-3 and the difference is 11.2 or more.

you need to have another type of account if you plan on trading on such small scale. They offer a premium account that has better resolution for your trades. By default all beginners are trading with low priority accounts so its not unusual to see spikes and pauses during high volatility or near misses on SL and TP.

Talk to them if you are ready to make the next step. Monthly account fees will be involved.

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
