Please try to select the correct prefix when making a new thread in this folder.
Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.
Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"
Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"
Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.More info coming soon.

Taking into account that we explained to you how you violated our terms of service and that we referred to particular clauses of our Customer Agreement, we believe that it's crucial to emphasise that customers who abuse our platform are not entitled to any compensation.
Please note that further inquiries about a refund will be ignored from our end as we addressed everything that was mentioned and explained why your account ended up being restricted.

Worst company don't trade with octafx
If u block my account according to clause 3.11 of agreement return the initial deposit while closing account did u follow that ur violating ur own term fraud company @OctaFX Rep

In 800$ u blocked all the trades were not arbitrage like u accused i did all the trades with Market rules and regulations so i request to refund my partial amount u blocked in 800$
@OctaFX Rep pls take into consideration if u value ur customers otherwise all will loose faith in u no one wants to trade with any broker who blocks us
