I have used several brokers but if I'm going to share their significant difference against other brokers I've encountered, it's their level of support, responsiveness and customer service, which is very critical for a trader. Also, the speed of withdrawal of funds is tops - the fastest I've ever encountered in the industry.

Of course, no business is perfect, like the other day, they had a glitch in GBPCHF which caused me to unfairly lose money that was actually caused by their liquidity provider not them, but still, the glitch happened on their side. However, it is their speed of responsiveness to the situation that made all the difference - they returned the money within the day and without any conditions. They also let me withdrew my money instantly without hiccups.

As a client, I am satisfied with how they respond to and resolve customer concerns, and the speed of withdrawals they offer, thus, I will stay with OctaFX for the foreseeable future.

On this occasion we wish to inform you that we started to compensate all trades opened 30 minutes prior to the breakdown and closed 15 minutes after. The said letter will include a confirmation of the compensation as well as detailed information about every trade that was affected.
