Problem Octafx withdrawal

I see other people talking about withdrawal issue im facing the same thing with Octafx and its not a good look, the process deposit fast but refusing to process withdrawal even after messaging support and they say financial department is taking care of it or its being expedited @FxMaster please help

I have written multiple emails and their live chat and yet they don’t want to pay me, the use words like technical maintenance and financial department which is alarming, they’re shady and all I want is my money

I was experiencing same problem twice, the first one is 2 weeks ago and the latest is yesterday. Late or delay in payment might be occured but octafx still pay to my bank acc. It takes 3 working days for the first case and 1 working day for the last one. As long as you are an honest trader and not using any of their facilities such as bonus program, IB, promotion, etc (eventhough they encourage you to use it), I am sure that they will still pay to you. That was my experience with octafx and I have been trading with them for more than 8 years. But I will keep on eyes on them if someday octafx stop paying me (hopefully not off course). I also join the trade and win program and they have sent me 2 iphones so far. Keep contacting the customer service team, send them a message every 3 hours, ask them to escalate the issues. It works.
