Since OptionFair is refusing to communicate with you and afraid to show up on FPA, you will need to file a complaint with the UK Financial Ombudsman, best is to call them on Monday and request a translation appointment, otherwise step 3, online form (in your language)

(It will need some pushing, especially when related to BO Firms, point out TechFinancials)
