I have been scammed by a broker. Could you kindly help me?
It all started in April with Optionxe.com for their software optionbot2.
When I contacted optionxe.com first, they said that I had to open accounts
with 5 different
brokers. All these brokers were the ones they do business with.
One of them was Optionow.com.
One of their account managers contacted me for deposit and he seemed OK
and I deposited about $4000 that time.
We were placing binary option trades and I was not very happy about it so I
decided to withdraw the money.
My account manager told me that they have an option if I don’t like binary
option.
The option is to go for Forex, which they would handle everything on behalf
of the customer.
But for Forex, they needed at least $10000 to start with. So I deposited
$6000 more to get to $10000.
I deposited that amount in June and on our discussion, I could start
withdrawing a small amount after 3 months of trading.
They provided me with Forex login on MT4 where I can check the trades, they
place.
It has been 3 months now, and so I wrote to my forex account manager (Andrew
Galloway from optionow.com) to provide me with the withdraw-form.
No one is answering my call or replying my email now.
But when I write to them as a new client, to open an account, they replied.
I am sure I have been scammed.
I contacted Optionxe.com for any help, they said, they don’t work with them
anymore and they can’t help.
They also said that, they got a lot of complains about optionow.com but they
failed to notify their customers whom they already recommended.
Please don’t accept, if optionxe.com recommends some brokers blindfoldedly
when you are working with them.
Please do you own research on the brokers that they want you to open an
account with.
They won’t take any responsibility if the broker becomes a scammer.
I would have been never scammed if optionxe.com carefully choose their
brokers or notify customers when they realise they got it wrong.
Could anyone advise me to recover my investment?
I wired the money to a bank in Bulgaria, according to the details they
provided with.
