Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem OptionRally Scam

I am having an issue with a company
There are great errors in your description of OptionRally6 regulatory status. But since I am here to really resolve the issues and not argue with all kinds of unbased accusations - we will leave for later.

Why not simply set the record straight by clearly explaining the regulatory status of OptioRally instead of saying how you don't feel the need to do so. Isn't gently correcting misconceptions part of your mission?

Since it is a subject that I am not specializing in - I like to leave it to the experts in a regulatory field. We both know that OptionRally is regulated under CySec but how does it apply Geographically - I am not sure. OptionRally is active world wide while in other regions than Europe there are other regulatory agreements and licenses which I am not sure what they are. I also know that OptionRally is a third party insured broker which means that in any case cutomer's money is always safe.

This is where you could ask your regulatory compliance person to write up a short summary and then you could post it.

Even saying "We're under Cysec" would be better than ducking the question. I certainly don't have every broker's regulator memorized, and doubt anyone else does either.

You're addressing me with questions that have nothing to do with the resolution of cases which I do successfully. Generally - I answered you that OptionRally is working under various regulations which you can address OptionRally website with specific geographical regions. CySec is one of them and that is a fact. OptionRally set itself a goal to maintain it's role of the leader in the industry and I am a living proof of that as you can see. With as big a customer base as OptionRally has - the number of complains is not even in a size of a pro mil and most are the results of either a misunderstanding on either part or a human error. The fact that OptionRally makes a true effort to resolve each and every case and give its customers a service that no one else gives by creating an extra force to resolve every possible problem rapidly - is a testimony of how people at the helm of OptionRally think and operate.

Take it easy, stop pumping yourself too much unless you'll go bombed! Be happy living in your small world, stop living in illusions of "big customer base" "the leader in the industry" Wake Up man!

What working under various regulations are you talking about?! you don't even mention CySec regulation on your website?!

You talk about things as if it's a fact just to try drag us to your delusional world!

Even if CySec regulation was right, so what?!

What would you do if you carry NFA, FCA and CFTC regulation?? Would you post it on every thread of FPA forums!!!?

That's for CySec

For an instance thought of WOW how did this guy do that!? Before discovering that the CySec logo only appears for optionrallyeu.com not optionrally.com as I'll show in my attached screenshot.

So, tell us of your new scam, how are you providing services to non European countries clients with no CySec Regulation:confused:

I request AsstModerator to kindly post an additional warning on optionrally FPA reviews page regarding this new scam of optionrally.com does not hold CySec regulation but optionrallyeu.com
