    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Think of it this way, when a client leaving a broker, the manager that happy to earn you money, is it a GIFT for leaving!

Stop him now. He'll definitely loose it all, leaving you with the little to withdraw!
 
By the way, the amount can be withdrawn via bank wire even if you deposited and withdrew to credit cards. It may not be accepted to do the opposite.

Additionally, Can withdraw more than the deposited amount via bank wire but not via most credit cards!

He is not my account manager, he is the DMD of the company "he said".

My total money $5800 - maintenance fees $400 = $5400

The duel is let him trading max $500 afte refunding the maintenance fees.

I too am in a similar predicament. I have my withdrawal request rejected and the ask for ton of documents. After I submit my document then they went silent. After many reminders, they finally replied that my amount is below withdrawal limit as $99.99 has been deducted as maintenance fee !! They even went further to advised that continue trading and hopefully I can bring the amount back to above withdrawal limit. This is plain ridiculous. I will be filing my case with FPA with full detail soon. Very frustrated with dealing with OptionRally so far.

I just found four transactions on my account under the name of Maintenance each transaction $99.99
I have no idea about this!
I sent a PM to optionrallysupport 2 days ago, still waiting the reply
Also i sent toy account manager asking him to justified those transactions, also still waiting

Because of no answer from them i called the call center asking thin the reasons of those transactions, the major problem here they told me that " these transactions because your account is not active for 3 months!!!"
Please note that i am trying to withdraw my money from 29th of april, which means more than 3 months trying to withdraw money !!View attachment 16585

always the same. It seems to me that broker always win. So sad that even serious brokers became a scammers now. I do not have any broker in my mind about which I've never read a comments that they are withdrawing always.
 
The status of the duel:
• the duel is valid for one week, its done last Monday 08.09.2014.
• dr ziad told me that i will call you after 1 day to implement the duel, no call until now.
• i sent to Optionrallysupport 2 PM asking him kindly to confirm the duel, no answer until now.
• the first point in the duel is returning the maintenance fees ( $ 400 ) to my account, not returned yet.
• i just phoned the call center asking dr ziad to call me.

They have 3 days, to prove that they are honestly care about their customer's issues.
