I just got off the phone with an OptionRally representative who, after I told him that in my humble opinion his company should seek to clean up their online reputation (negative reviews and comment), told me that OptionRally had no need to do so as they have enough business already. My reason for mentioning this was that I had become alarmed at the high number of negative reviews and comments (proportionate to good reviews) and had therefore decided not to get involved with this company.
On that note I tried to end the conversation as it gave me a good indication of what lay in store for me were I to pursue any relationship with a company so disinterested in potential customers, however the representative became more indignant and 'pushy' that in the end I had to just hang up. You may draw your own conclusions. For my part I am glad I did a little research before jumping into business with OptionRally.
