Complaint by a multi - ox markets fraud!!

after trading with oxmarkets platform has made a withdrawal request I have been requested several additional documentation to take time with the withdrawal, in the meantime, while waiting for my money I made on behalf of other trading operations, and I began to notice that I opened the platform several double positions, this problem had already occurred at the beginning of my trading with them and they were justified by the fact that they were performing the updates on the platform, having said that, I continued to try to work with the platform thinking there was some problem with quell'asset in general and as I tried to open locations appeared to me an inscription: "mistake" auks server I tried to change assets or terminated after several minutes / hours I came disconnected from the deck and my next login I found all positions try to open previously including those for which it was reported to me "server error"
 
it also informs that after numerous requests of the unique identifier provided by CySEC refuse to send it to me !!!

Few steps that you must follow to draw their attention to your issue,
Follow the suggested steps below:

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.

The bad news is that Skrill almost never refunds money. The good news is that if enough complaints come in to Skrill, they may cut the scam company's access off.

So, get a detailed complaint to Skrill as soon as possible.

If they won't provide the unique reference number, inform Cysec and the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman of how many times you've asked and not gotten it from them.
