At first was john, acc mgr offered me bonus wt jus 10x volume. They told me he is no longer a employee there and requested me to fulfil my bonus 30x instead.
I cant do anything but to do that according to Michael P , a new acc mgr assigned to me replacing john. Michael promised me to provide me wt better acc status where payout is higher eg. EurUsd 85% payout 24hrs.
I managed to fulfilled d bonus made some good money wt my new strategy. I reinvested usd5k since Michael is helpful. Michael gv me 100% bonus
Then suddenly in the midst of fulfilling my bonus volume, my acc status suddenly changed. Payout become lower, Eurusd at 74% payout at non active hrs wt reason my acc is not VIP status. Said if I wanna maintain, i hv to hv a minimum trade of usd100.
I cant afford to trade wt minimum of usd100 coz im using martingale strategy. I said i prefer gold acc instead of platinum. My max trade was reduced fr 2500 to 1500.
Then i juz took whatever they said and move on. So at non active eurusd hrs, coz payout is low at 74%, i opt for AudUsd at 81%. Again i was doing ok, and then the payout for AudUsd was reduced fr 81% to 73%.
I cant take it anymore and try to contact Michael n his boss thru skype but no respond fr them till now....
Pls advise me what i can do next? Im stuck due to i took d bonus n almost finish d volume

Talk to your CC customer support and ask them to apply chargeback.
