Hello has anyone heard of Pacific Option? I deposited $5000 now when I want to withdraw the transaction is pending. I call their support to withdraw my money they instruct me that I need to write an email saying I want to withdraw. I then call them and ask for an update and they won't pick up the phone. Some shady business here.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"
Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"
Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.More info coming soon.

If they don't do something in the next 2 or 3 days, open a thread in Scam Alerts.
Will do, however their support is answering but they are giving me fishy responses. For example the support clerk can't give me a straight response as to why I cant receive my money, she says she needs to speak with the banking department. Should I go ahead in start a thread in Scam Alerts?
Hello there. PacificOption recently doing unussual things it's been a month now I can't access my account please reply to my email. Katlegophetlho2@yahoo.co.za does it even still exist ? Theresort no answer from the broker or even support please help
