Hi I'm from the UK and have been using Alpari for EA's under a spread betting account meaning its completely tax free in the UK, but they dont have PAMM accounts under spread betting.
I am very interesting in investing in a PAMM that uses a spread betting account so profits I receive will be tax free also, or does it not work like that?

Please could someone help me understand if the PAMM traded via spread betting means then my profits I had invested with them will be tax free since I live in UK?

Thanks

As far as I know (check with the broker and with your accountant), spread-betting is tax free to UK residents without regard to the source of the trades. Check a few other spread-bet brokers and see if any of them offer PAMM accounts.

I have never come across a PAMM spread betting account, but then again I never looked for one either. Would be nice if share your findings. Just curious as I would never place money in a PAMM. Not saying they are all bad, just not right for me.
