Hi,
The copy trade system is not something we can modify. It is Sirix model.
The way we do our managed accounts is quite similar. but the hardest thing has been finding quality managers. We have quality traders, but they do not want other peoples money as they are not comfortable trading it, in fact some dont even go on the copy trade for fear it will ruin there results with the extra pressure to perform.
But back to your model question: I feel a manager should only be paid on high water mark (only get paid on new money made for investor), and so they do.
