Penny Robot SCAM

I am not a customer for the following reasons:

1) You offered the OP a "guarantee" that you have not fulfilled.
2) You have lied about and tried to conceal your business address and contact details. There is no privacy policy on your website (legally required if your business is registered in California) and there are no contact details on your website (also legally required in California as described above). I expect that you have no registered business or tax reference, and therefore are an illegal sole trader who seeks to avoid US taxes (a very serious offense).
3) As per your TrustPilot rating, there are complaints from people who have lost ALL the money they trusted to your EA. That is unacceptable, and it can be argued that your negligence is the cause of their losses which of course means that any one of your customers that has lost money despite your "guarantee" has a good chance of being able to reclaim their losses in a US court.
4) Your comments are in very poor English for someone who lives in the US and produces software. Believe it or not that is a very serious warning sign (as it shows you cannot afford to pay an English-speaking person to manage your correspondence).
5) Your return posts are rude and mocking, full of dogma and malice, and imply that the customers to whom you have made such extravagant promises are somehow at fault.

There are other good reasons to avoid your firm, but I have seen enough.

I am completely happy to see your EA business marked as a "SCAM" and your account here marked as such if you cannot provide the details requested above, and ensure that all legitimate customers to whom you have made promises are refunded promptly.
That means my assessment was right, you are not a customer and still commenting which it self suggesting your motive :) We have Invited all of our users on this post and our all customers are capable to speak for them selves. Let you look after your own EA or signal services rather than our, this is not new trick almost all competitors use same as you. I have asked a question which you avoiding answering that point me just 1 or 2 EA sellers who have all those things open and visible on their web what you have described here.

I would answer that any REPUTABLE business would not try to stop customers from contacting them, and that any LEGAL business would follow the law in the State they are registered in.

In my opinion you are neither REPUTABLE or LEGAL and therefore should not be allowed to continue stealing from customers. Prove me wrong - refund the customers and publish your verifiable business contact details.

Again you are very conveniently dodging my Question where I have asked point me to Few EA sellers web which have all contact info except email or just a message box, Non of them so as per your logic all of them not trustworthy, and second we do not have any kind of Gauranteed mentioned on web and a disclaimer already there at the bottom of our web regarding risk of Investing in Forex/CFD. We had initial 1 week offer which covered total 8 clients and all of them covered as we had promised so your that comment to a trash a misleading. Saying what could be earned amd writing guaranteed earning both different I hope you read it again. And last no forex EA web except Penny Robot have open Chat where almost all Penny Robot users are actively talking, even though you are not a customer still I ask you to go and join open discussion there and Penny Robot users them selves will trash your baseless allegations.

Few EA sellers web which have all contact info except email or just a message box
First hit on "DuckDuckGo" search engine...

https://quivofx.com/about/

This provider of EA's is a good example of what I might hope to see. It is operated by an individual based in Switzerland. The Swiss people have their own laws about disclosure that are different from those in the USA and as per those rules does not publish their details... however this individual has provided a sensible introduction to his business, fully explains and engages with the risks involved over many pages and a forum, and has a biography of the guy who runs it and who is (rightfully) very proud of his work. His "about" page shows his own photograph.

(NB. I am not a customer of theirs, they are literally the first that popped up out of a search - I cannot vouch for how well his products perform etc. etc.)

You, on the other hand, have a tiny one line disclaimer on your website. Your site is full of inspirational "get rich quick" statements and images. You refuse to allow customers to engage with you via phone and mail.

They have a helpful contact page and links to their regulators and service providers...

If you cannot see the difference between what you are doing and what a sensible operator SHOULD be doing then that too is a red flag against you.

We had initial 1 week offer which covered total 8 clients and all of them covered as we had promised so your that comment to a trash a misleading.
You have AT LEAST one customer ^^ above that felt he should have been covered by your guarantee. You have failed to honor it.

Penny Robot users them selves will trash your baseless allegations
Another two red flags. I will not be joining your forum. You will not "trash" ANYTHING. Your view that this is some sort of game is a damning factor here. You seem to view stealing and operating an illicit bucket shop as a game, which it is not.

I repeat - Who are you? Why do you not have the courtesy to stand by your product, to be proud of your achievements and gain the recognition and rewards that come as a result? What is your business name and address (if any)? When will you refund customers who joined under the impression that they were covered by your guarantees, then lost all their money, only to find you unwilling to return their funds and also unwilling to provide them with contact details?

Resolve the above issues and I will cheerfully withdraw my statements.
Otherwise I would be happy to see your account marked as per forum conventions.

So ... where are we with this case?

In terms of the data provided by PettyRotters for the performance testing of their EA, I have contacted SimplyFX who refused to comment as to the veracity of the results provided by the statement filed with FPA. They state that their platform allows access to an "Investor Account" (read only access to trades) and suggests the operator allow us access to check the data.

It should be noted that the provided statement can be manually altered.

@JesseJarvis, @gags.inv, @fxFatCat ... In terms of the complaints above ... have they been resolved? Have you received a refund or settlement?

Hi. I had not wanted to comment again here with the hope that they will pay me the total losses with Gold-EA. However, they have delayed, although they have promised that they would do so, in each contact they indicate one or another problem to do so. At this point I don't know what to think about your commitments, your promises, your guarantees and your services indicated on your website. I clarify that I am not a native English speaker, suddenly I have not been clear in my requests.

You would be forgiven for thinking their promises are as worthless as their software.

Could you provide a screenshot / transcript where they offer you a refund?
