Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem Pepperstone: Possibly manipulating spread

I am having an issue with a company
“ Pepperstone doesn’t represent that the material provided here is accurate, current or complete, and therefore shouldn’t be relied upon as such,……….etc”

Obviously, Pepperstone don’t even believe their own literature….or what :D

…..here some more serious matter

Looks like a standard disclaimer to me. I wouldn't read too much into it. Apparently people even have to be told they can lose their money in FX trading:rolleyes:

I saw this other thread I can't buy it though. How could a trader possibly blame a broker for loans, credit cards, etc? I am interested if this person will ever post the real outcome in this forum. I feel like each day people lose their sense of responsibility a little more, but maybe I just don't have enough time trading yet...

Maybe you can buy that…….. things are not always as they seem….so they say

CVM warns of irregular offers on the Forex market

Pepperstone Group Limited and Paladin Fx (known as Gryphon Financial Services) are not authorized to operate in the segment

…scamming the Brazilian Public and getting caught blacklisted, guess it’s just one more Australian broker standard, or what

anyway we will see no rush

Unless there is evidence directing towards the solicitation of clients fund for other purposes in which it could be provided by the author to prove his credence of case. Otherwise, it's just a matter of personal responsibility in the investment business.
