I'm happy to look at confidential information. I can confirm that Phoenix Advisors has at least 1 lawyer.

I'm surprised that the suggestion of a Press Release is being declined. This would allow Phoenix Advisors to disclose many details potential clients could use to judge the company while allowing the company to hide its trade secrets.

I'm still waiting to see if one or more lawyers working for Phoenix Advisors will file a lawsuit against a broker or not.

I'm going to have to disagree on chargebacks automatically being exceptionally complex. Quite a few FPA members have successfully done this without professional assistance. I've asked my bank for a few myself (long before I traded forex) and never had one rejected.

The problems are when the bank employees mistake a trader's issue for one of two things:

1. Unauthorized charge. The bulk of the cases against brokers don't involve unauthorized charges (but a few do)
2. Trader trying to recover funds from self-inflicted losses. (if this happens, the bank should NOT initiate a chargeback)

Bank employees may also apply incorrect time limits (in some countries, credit card fraud of any sort allows for chargebacks for a very long time).

This is why I always suggest making sure to speak to someone in the fraud department and carefully explaining the issue. If that fails, then enlisting assistance of a professional may be necessary. For those few who feel they can't explain things properly to the bank, professional assistance may be needed from the start.

I thought Phoenix Advisors was providing legal assistance. Individuals who deposit via Visa and Mastercard can typically handle the chargeback process directly and thus would have no need of your services or to pay any fee for a chargeback recovery of lost money.
Dear pharaoh
good day ;
i trierd through my bank to charge back process but the algocharge contacted the scammer company(ALFATRADE) and they provide algocharge by false information's,
then my bank said that this issue should be solved between me and the merchant!!!

Unlike some companies which offer chargebacks and legal assistance, I believe Phoenix Advisors is not out to scam clients. The are one of 2 companies active at the FPA offering assistance with chargebacks. WinChargeback is the other one. You can see their information here...

There's no harm in contacting either or both to get a quote.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

we are a company registered in the UK. We charge our clients only if we succeed in retrieving their funds from the on-line scam sites. Our fee is 20% off the amount recovered. We will not ask you for “deposits” as we are not a broker. We know that some of you have been cheated by the villainous companies based on your own entries in the forums, including FPA. Your contact details are also traded among the brokers, affiliates, and other enterprises – the difference is they use the data to harm you, whereas we do it to help you. We have chosen this specialty as there seems to be a big demand for such kind of services in the Internet. Since the need by far exceeds our capacity to help all people, we pick up our clients and after their cases are finished, we take on new tasks. So far, we have managed to retrieve funds for many persons from all around the world and received their positive feedback. Of course, we won’t share our know-how here, but we can tell we exploit a few legal avenues in order to effect refund for our clients coupled with a very comprehensive research into the illegal phenomenon. We are in contact with the authorities, financial regulators, and banks. We have good intentions and are a legitimate company, you can check us with the Companies House. Many stories we’ve come across recently are so dire: some people have lost their houses, businesses, family, even children – as a result of the scam brokers’ practices. Our mission is to help them stand on an even kneel and “reborn” financially – that’s what our name “Phoenix Advisors” stands for.

Best regards,

Sebastian Budzinski

CEO at Phoenix Advisors Ltd.

I have not heard of it and it is pretty simple for me if any firm or group don't have a good word of mouth then we should be cautious about it. Simple !
