I purchased this EA but found it to perform mediocre and no better than some of the "free" EAs that I have collected. I requested a refund 3 weeks ago but still haven't got my money yet. So I'd consider the full money back guarantee as fraudulent and a scam!

EDIT: the payment facilitator has come to the party on this one and has also demanded that Austin Winston honour the refund request within 2 business days.

And now we wait another day or so to see if they respond or if the refund is forced.

Yet another reason to always contact the payment processor if the vendor suddenly decides to change the rules on you.
