Pivot points

Hi everyone just started have been getting trading signals and just love all the info on this web site. Does anyone know where I can get info on the times you use to figure pivot points is it the uk,us market close also how you figure weekly and monthly pivot points info.

To calculate pivot points all you need to do is add the high close and low. Once to done this you need to divide the total by three, for example FTSE was on 2nd may 2002 had a High 5192.70 Low 5125.50 Close 5174.10. If you add these three together you get 15492.3 and if you divide the total by three to get a pivot point of 5164.10
