You can start off here, by looking at reviews being posted by different users for a certain broker. It really helps. You can also look at the court going on or have been resolved and whether the broker is guilty or not. I personally would not want to get involved with a broker that is guilty for scam.

How about you simply will use the proxy or something like the VPN service for that matter really. I do not see anything like that should be the case. In some latest case you can use thing like TOR browser, have you heard about that ? Look in Google.
