I transferred funds to my account on Oct 7. My bank confirmed the successful transaction and I have almost daily contacted the so-called 'support' at Plus500 to credit my account - they still haven't. All I get are email replies that they are looking into it and their bank is investigating. I gave them the transaction details but still no real response. Pathetic!
I don't know about UK banks but even in the worst of markets banks can confirm transfers and investigate missing transactions in 48 - 72 hours.
These guys at Plus500 may come over as being professional but their service and response is pathetic. Total scam.
